We purchased a top and a robe for Christmas. Didn't know that their sizes run a little larger than the size chart says.

So we opted for the return and exchange policy. "100% satisfaction guarantee, polite and easy" not exactly. They charged our cards for the original item as well as the replacement items. They said that the original charge will be returned as soon as the items are received.

Now why there is an additional charge, I have no idea. If we were charged once, why not just leave that charge alone and send the replacement after they receive the original. We will not be ordering from them again.

My suggestion would be that if you do, then be VERY sure that you're going to get exactly what you think you're getting. Because getting it exchanged will cost you.
