Pyramid has credited my credit card the full amount. I am no longer pissed. Thank you Pyramid for doing the right thing.

Every few months I take a really good look at my credit card charges and that's when I noticed that I had been billed $14.95 for three months for a VIP Pyramid account I authorized or signed up for. I called Pyramid, spoke with an agent who said I should expect a credit for all three charges in the next 3-5 business days and that the acct would be cancelled (followed up w/an email).

Next, as an extra precaution, I phoned my credit card company to put them on high alert to make sure that the credit does come through in the next 15 business days. I also had them put in "stop payments" to Pyramid just in case they to attempt to charge me $14.95 a month moving forward.

I must admit that I'm really disappointed by this and that I will no longer use any personal card linked to me (credit or debit) to shop at Pyramid.

If I make a future purchase it will be with a prepaid visa card. They have lost my trust for life.

Reason of review: VIP Pyramid membership.

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: San Francisco, California

Maybe you should just admit that you swooped in for some deal they were offering and didnโ€™t read the fine print. You basically clicked the I AGREE without reading and somehow itโ€™s MAGICALLY all their fault that you couldnโ€™t be bothered to read.

How is it their fault?

Please using logic and reason. Explain how THEY are at fault for something YOU DID!

It is called bait and switch marketing and they can be held liable for deceiving customers. We can file a class A law suite

Perhaps, now you will begin verifying all charges on a monthly---or, better yet a weekly---basis. This is how we learn.
