I've ordered thousands of dollars of clothing from Pyramid Collection. I like their unique clothing...stuff you can't find anywhere else. In general, the quality of merchandise is good, but you really need to pay attention to where the item was made, fabric, & care of what you order. And, if in doubt, just don't order. Returns are an absolute nightmare. (After spending thousands, I wasn't treated any differently than someone who orders 1 item.)

Backorder: Many items have lengthy back order times. For example, I placed an order in early May & one item was back-ordered for late July. It's now September & a random charge appeared on my credit card. It was for the back-ordered item from May I completely forgot about. No email notification was received. I had to phone in for the tracking number.

Customer Service: It's just horrible. They have a phone automated assistant for anything other than placing new orders. I suggest you just hit the new order button & bypass the ridiculous automated attendant that reads off item numbers that aren't anywhere on your invoice or order confirmation. If you have a problem with a back-order or return, you'll be made to feel like it's your fault. Be prepared for that & know they have absolutely zero interest in fixing anything. You'll hear all about how they service umpteen different catalogs and cannot provide personalized service for any one outlet.

Returns: You pay exorbitant shipping charges. And all return shipping charges are also on you, even if it is for sub-standard or defective items. So you pay twice for shipping regardless of the return reason. And, you really do need to pay extra for return receipt because items will get "lost" if you don't have proof. Also, don't expect to see a refund for 8-12 weeks. You will probably need to phone when you don't get the refund. Once again, you'll be made to feel like it's your fault...refunds should take 8-12 weeks after all...at least that's what they believe.

Website. It's all about taking orders. You can't access your order history. There is a link, but click on it and you are directed to contact customer service (see above). There are no consumer reviews (check out all the complaints on this site & you'll see why). Save all your email confirmations...you will need them!

Long story, short: Great clothes (for the most part). Study country of origin & fabric materials in great detail. Study the close-up shots. Try to visualize the fabric & fit on you. When in doubt, don't order. Avoid back-ordered items & try like *** to not put yourself in a position of having to return something. Save every confirmation email just in case something gets back-ordered or you do need to return something & be prepared to wait 2-3 months for your refund.

I totally agree with the previous post. Pyramid Collwction has awesome stuff but customer service is horrible and shipping is sliw as cold molasses! But they do have neat stuff and you will get it eventually!
