HOW DOES THIS COMPANY STAY IN BUSINESS
I'll make this quick and short. Four failed attempts online to place order because of a glitch in their system, which reported back order was not placed, which it actually was. Then I sent two emails and called twice to get the order expedited. No response. 8 days later I called to find out they never shipped and was waiting on back ordered items, yet charged my card. After paying and additional $24 they fed ex 5 of 22 item. The "girl" in customer service who acted like she was 12 indicated it was only a few items. The next day another item was received thrown into a box that fell apart in the mail because it was not properly assembled and taped. still waiting on 6 items it has been 2 weeks. No notice from anyone that the order was initially placed, that there were back ordered items, and that it was not being shipped. An $1100 order, my wife missed the gifts on her B-Day, Mothers Day, and our anniversary. Customer service can care less.

Not reimbursed for high shipping costs for return
I bought a dress from these folk that was a huge disappointment and fit poorly for the $90 price tag. Paid approx. $20 for shipping. It could've been folded into a padded envelope-instead it came wadded up in the corner of a HUGE box and took close to 14 days to arrive. Upon return, it took 3 weeks to get confirmation they received it. Each time I sent an email I got an auto response promising customer service contact w/i 24 hrs. I never received any response in under 3 days. I was refunded 3 weeks later, but it did not include any shipping. I have sent 3 emails in regards to this and not received ANY response-why should they? They have the dress and my money. They are highly unethical, have a poor business model in terms of shipping and refunds and I would recommend you go elsewhere.

Double charged!
I noticed two charges for the same item on my credit card online statement. One showed as pending, the other as paid. I called the bank and they told me the company had to release the money, and told me to call them. I called and after being transferred around a few times was told that it took 8 to 10 business days to put the money back. I told them my bank said they could release it immediately if they sent them information for early release. They said they would, but who knows. After reading this company's horrible reviews all over the internet, I won't hold my breath for the money to be released anytime soon or the quality of the products. I have never had a company do that before and I will never do business with them again.

After sending venomous emails and calling desperately, I finally reached a sweet customer service person named Debbie who took care of the problem. I received the remaining dresses overnight without charge.
But the funny thing is, during this period, I received a reply to my first email to them saying, "We cannot locate your order. Try again."
This is a dysfunctional company! I lost no money and received my merchandise, and a sweet employee helped me, but it was NOT worth it! I don't care how good of quality the clothes are.

I placed an order for 3 items and received 1 with an invoice saying the other 2 already shipped. I emailed them - no response. I called them and they said they needed to transfer me to track it, and it rang endlessly. I called back and they said they couldn't find the order so they transferred me and it rang endlessly. I called back and they said I would get it in a couple days. Nothing, so I kept calling and they kept transferring me and putting me on hold. The people were nice, but the process and system are painful. DON'T order from them!

What customer Service?
NEVER BUY HERE! I ordered a dress over a month before I needed it. Then I went on vacation, thinking it would be there when I came back. their web site says 5 to 9 days unless back ordered. It did not state it was back ordered if it had, I would have not ordered it. The tracking on their web site kept glitching. I had to order another dress and pay $24.95 to over-night it to get it on time. This I did get on time. Two days later, the 1st dress came. After several emails, I was given a phone number for customer service and called it. After being on hold, I was able to talk to William and he said he could not help me and gave me the number I HAD JUST CALLED and got him. ???!!?? I asked him if he could just transfer me and he said no.He said to call back when THEY were not so busy. I ordered from the web to save time, what a joke.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
They have the WORST "Customer Service" department I have ever had to deal with. I placed an order for two similar items and instead of receiving the two different items, got two of the same identical items. When calling the "Customer Service" line I was told to resolve this issue I would have to speak to a "specialist," after waiting over 30 minutes on hold, I used a different phone to call again and asked if there was another option maybe a way they could call me when someone was free or a supervisor. I was told to call back after 7pm and the wait wouldn't be as long. At 7:15 I called back and was on hold for another 30 minutes before being told to call back after 8. At 8:30 I called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes before being told there was nothing the company was willing to do for me and that this "just happens sometimes" and be hung up on by the specialist. I called back and was told I would be speaking to a "supervisor" named Kim. I sat on hold for 20 minutes before again using the other phone to call back when I was told I was not able to speak to a supervisor, because they were not taking calls...then who was I waiting for on the other line?! No one obviously. They put me through to the "specialist" again, who's name was Kim...happened to be the same one that hung up on me!! Once again she was very rude. Kim/supervisor/specialist is evidently the only person in the second tier for the entire customer service and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to!! I WILL NEVER order from this company again. My problem is still not solved to my satisfaction and I am out over 3 hours of my life now because of a mistake made by this company!!

They have fabulous professional photographers that makes their extremely over-priced items look great...but they never look as nice in person. Quality is always much less that it looks in pic and colors are often way different like gray will really be brown etc. They over-price hugely for shipping so they make a profit when you do returns too. They do shipping based on price, not items, weight, etc. So it adds nearly $20 to an average order since their tunics etc...other things on average are apx $70+. They are also one of the few companies who still do not accept paypal. They do this because they can then justify holding on to your money an additional 6-8 weeks after receiving your return. They have so many items I love in their catalog and have spent the over-priced cost apx a dozen times now. Each time was a huge disappointment based on the pics and quality for cost and I lost so much in shipping :-(

No company gives you a refund on shipping. Everyone knows this and the customer still tries to get their s/h back.
Not going to happen. It's standard with every single business unless otherwise stated. You can't expect refunds on everything!
And it does take a few weeks to get refunded...it's the same with virtually all businesses for some reason. You're not the only one in the world who waited to get your money back on your item so don't get so flustered.
